The Pre-Trial hearing was scheduled for January 26th at 9:00 am, but when the case was called, State’s Attorney, Carl Larson, said that he had received a call from the defense attorney, Craig Brown, saying that he had a conflict and could not make it. So, he requested a continuance of one week to February 2nd at 9:00 am. Larson had no objection to the request, so it was granted.

However, Larson noted that Stephanie Broshous was not in attendance at the hearing.
