Last week, I presented details regarding the question that Orangeville residents need to determine for their school district. Well, Lena-Winslow has an item on the upcoming Primary Ballot too – one that some might recognize.

The issue, is whether or not the School Board members should be elected by popular vote, (like most people in the modern world) or if they should keep the antiquated system where members must live in certain congressional districts in order to hold a seat.
