Unsung Heroes

When the Galena Pirates and Aquin Lady Bulldogs took each other on in the semi-final of the Forreston Girls Sectional, both teams knew what athletes they needed to try and stop in the other colored jersey.

For Galena, they had to stop Megan Holder and Meghan Carlisle from lighting them up from the perimeter, while Aquin needed to stop Maggie Furlong and Addie Hefel from driving into the paint and carving their defense up.
