Jazmin Wingert, of Kent, Illinois, has announced her Republican candidacy for the Office of Stephenson County Clerk. Jazmin attended Pearl City High School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business.
