While the dreams of the Galena Pirates continue, those belonging to the Lena-Winslow Panthers were brought to a halt in the Regional final.

As each match in the post season takes place, the pressure continues to mount as more and more is on the line. On Halloween in East Dubuque, the Lena-Winslow Panthers were once again haunted by the Galena Pirates in the Regional championship as the Pirates showed up, but the Panthers didn't.

Before the warm ups even began, both coaches made the perfect predictions of what lay ahead. When asked what they would be looking for to know their team was doing well, Dennis Wills of Galena had a one word answer – "defense."
