Free Aging Adults Education Sessions

There are many factors that impact the overall health and wellness of aging adults in our community.

To help provide important education and answer questions, SSM Health Community Health Workers will be hosting FREE education sessions at SSM Health Monroe Hospital (515 22ndAve, Monroe) throughout 2024. The sessions will take place from 10 to 11am in the Human Resources Conference Rooms, Lobby Level.
