River Ridge FFA Wins Greenhand Quiz Bowl

Eight members of the River Ridge FFA Chapter traveled to Pecatonica High School on December 5th to compete in the Section One FFA Greenhand Quiz Bowl competition. A greenhand is a first-year high school FFA member and the competition is restricted to only those students.

Students use an academic-bowl style format with buzzers but have a head-to-head competition instead of the questions being open to everyone on the team.
