On November 1st, 2023, at approximately 11:44 am, two Stephenson County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division deputies responded to a residence in the 200 block of Jefferson St. in Ridott to locate William Troglin, 58 of Dunkirk Ohio, who was wanted on active felony warrants from Allen County Ohio for a Sex Offender Violation and the Ohio Department of Corrections for a Parole Violation.
