The Village of Stockton continues to progress with its upgrades to the wastewater treatment collection and treatment systems. The overall project has been separated into two phases.

The first phase was to construct a flow equalization lagoon north of the existing treatment facility, and sewer piping to directly connect Brewster Cheese to the facility. Other needed collection system upgrades were included in this first phase, and the construction of this phase is nearly complete.
