Jo Daviess County Animal Control made a change. In the past, dog owners sent registration applications to PetData in Texas for processing. Pet registrations are now done at Jo Daviess County Animal Control at 9483 US Route 20 W, Galena. Dog owners are able to register through the mail or in person. Located in the Public Health building, Animal Control is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. There is also a drop box available after hours.
