RR/SM had a heart breaking finish at the Sherrard Boys Golf Sectional last week as they suffered the same fate as Stockton did in the Regional.

The top three teams at the Sectional qualify for the State Tournament, and after all the numbers were in, RR/SM had shot a 333 as a team – a score that left them tied with Fulton for third place. But because of the tie breaker, Fulton advanced as a team, while RR/SM was forced to try and qualify their golfers individually.
