The Illinois Retired Teachers Foundation recently donated funds for two Yeti Blue microphones and two boom arms to Jay Dickerson's classroom at River Ridge High School.

"This microphone package allows students to record a professional-sounding presentation to upload to the class website, and provides an opportunity for all students to be involved in all stages of the production, with voice acting, sound effects, and behind-the-scenes digital editing," Dickerson wrote in the grant application.
