Mississippi River Life

The Lanark Public Library and the Friends of the Lanark Public Library will be ending their summer program schedule with a presentation by National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Dubuque, Iowa. They will be presenting Mississippi River Life / Mussels, snakes and beavers; each species has a niche or role in the environment.

Through the use of pelts and other hands on items, participants will explore animals that call the Mississippi River home! Live animals may be part of the program.
