Village Voices - We don't write papers, we build scrapbooks

The Stephenson County Circuit Clerk's office is happy to announce that they have received a self-representative litigate grant. With that grant money, we can now provide two computer stations in our law library for individuals wanting to represent themselves in court.

The self-help computers have links to the Illinois Standardized Forms and other free legal websites. Individuals can complete forms online and print the forms in our office. Individuals can also e-file their pleadings at these computer stations.
