Citizens State Bank has promoted Dennis Huttenlocher to the role of Vice President, Consumer and Business Banking Manager, as of March 6th.

Huttenlocher has been in the financial industry for 28 years, and an employee of Citizens State Bank for 22 years, working to grow their Mortgage Department. Huttenlocher's new role will be focused on driving business development initiatives in each of the bank's branch markets, as well as continuing to manage the bank's successful mortgage services.
