The 41st Annual Carroll, Jo Daviess and Stephenson County Regional Spelling Bee, was held Tuesday, February 14th, at Highland Community College. Twenty-six students in grades four through eight competed in the Spelling Bee that is coordinated by the Regional Office of Education #8. The contestants were the first and second place winners from their local school district spelling bee contests.
