School Board Referendum – Vote Yes

On Tuesday, November 8th, I’m asking everyone to vote YES on the Lena-Winslow School Board Referendum. This referendum will determine how school board members are elected, and has no impact on your taxes. The current way we elect school board members is confusing, unfair, and discourages individuals from running for the Board. Some of the reasons to vote YES –

1. It eliminates the confusing process of running in a particular township to an at-large election (whoever gets the most votes wins)
