Circuit Clerk Nathan Luy has resigned, and a selection committee has been formed to find a replacement.

William Hadley, Chairman of the Stephenson County Board, has announced Circuit Clerk Nathan Luy is resigning effective February 18th, 2022. Chairman Hadley would like to thank Mr. Luy for his dedicated 13 years of service. Mr. Luy started as an Administrative Assistant and in July 2015 he became the Circuit Clerk.
