The Greater Freeport Partnership today announced that it is working with ComEd to increase economic opportunity through the award-winning Creating Opportunities for Retention and Expansion (CORE) Business Visitation Program, which is administered by ComEd and helps ensure existing businesses in Northern Illinois remain economically viable.
