On 9/18/21 at approximately 3:54, the Jo Daviess County dispatch center received a report of a traffic accident in the area of the railroad crossing near N. Stagecoach Trail and North Street in Nora.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that Jessica L. Voss, 36 of Freeport, was operating a white 2018 Chevy SUV eastbound on Stagecoach Trail when she attempted to negotiate a curve in the roadway.
