Area Youth Become Spellbound With 4-H Fun

Magic filled the air as local youth had the opportunity to dive into the 'Wizarding World of 4-H' with University of Illinois Extension Youth Program Coordinators from Jo Daviess, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties.
The morning programs held June 29 in Jo Daviess, June 30 in Stephenson, and July 1 in Winnebago, were open to all youth from 1st through 12th grade. To begin the morning, a "house sort" divided up the youth into three wizarding dormitories (or smaller groups).
