It's A Mind Game

In the second half of the Stockton Blackhawks' game against Durand/Pecatonica, Blackhawks coach Matt Leitzen yelled to his team "You're getting beat in the six inches between your ears!" There was a lot of truth in that, as the Blackhawks' mental errors cost the team in a 28-6 loss to the Rivermen.

Stockton didn't play flawless in the first 24 minutes of the game, but they did some things well. The Blackhawks were able to move the ball in the first half. But, ultimately, one mistake would be the undoing of all their previous work on that drive. Still, Stockton went to halftime tied...
