This week was an exciting one for the 7th grade Ag Explore students at Stockton Middle School. They started out the week by learning about the dairy industry and the products that come from this industry. Some topics covered in this lesson include learning about the farm to table process of milk and the process for making some of our favorite dairy foods such as ice cream, butter, cheese, and yogurt.
The students then went to action in making their own butter and ice cream. Fun was had by all in making and eating these tasty treats.
