The Lighter Side

I better take my car into the shop. The funny noise it used to be making has turned into very clear whining and whimpering.

Thank you for the repairs, hopefully it won’t take me as long to pay the bill as it took you to wait on the parts you needed.

That’s funny, my “check wallet” light comes on every time a mechanic gets near my car.

“Yep, your car is broke,” the mechanic said. “I could fix it, but then you’d be broke.”

“You say your car is making a grinding sound? Hmm. Maybe it needs a new paint job.”

My insurance company wants me to get three quotes to repair my car...
