State Representative Andrew Chesney has received the endorsement of every Sheriff from the counties within the 45th State Senate District. Chesney has represented Northwest Illinois in the Illinois House since 2018 and decided to run for the Senate seat after State Senator Brian Stewart declined to run for re-election. Stewart has since endorsed Chesney.
