Accident With Injury

On 12/22/21 at approximately 4:53 am, the Jo Daviess County dispatch center received a report of a one vehicle rollover accident on US Route 20 approximately a quarter mile west of IL Route 84 North.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that a black 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was being operated eastbound on US Route 20 by Zachery T. Krieg, 21 of East Dubuque. Krieg sideswiped the concrete barrier, over-corrected, left the pavement to the right, collided with a large gravel pile, rolled multiple times, and came to rest on its wheels facing west.
