The Stockton Police Department’s Annual Children’s Halloween Party was again a huge success. The party was held at the Stockton Elementary School, immediately prior to the official Trick or Treat hours.

As the children left the party each child was given a treat bag and a bright, glowing necklace so they could be easily seen while trick-or-treating. We had Prizes for Best Costume in 4 age categories. We gave away 8 prizes.
