Kevyn Sutter joins the City of Freeport as the city's Director of Communications. Formerly of Lena, Illinois, Sutter attended Highland Community College, where she pursued an Associates of Arts in mass communication. After completing her Bachelor's Degree in mass media at Illinois State University and Paderborn University in Germany, Sutter returned home to Stephenson County.
