Chesney Launches Third Summer Reading Program

State Representative Andrew Chesney (R-Freeport) announced the official launch of his Third Annual Summer Reading Club Program for 1st-5th (or going into 6th) grade students who live within the 89th Legislative District. The program is offered to encourage students to read over the summer and promote the lifelong benefits of literacy.
