Goodwill Hires New Retail Director

Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois has recently hired Keary Fath as its new Retail Director for the entire 18 county area. Fath is responsible for all aspects of Goodwill's retail operations including store sales, aftermarket retail, transportation and logistics, and e-commerce.

Fath will oversee and is accountable for retail leadership and innovation, sales and profitability, strategic planning and alignment, operational growth, e-commerce, management of real estate and facility improvements, aftermarket salvage and recycling, and logistics/trucking operations.
