Plummer Resentenced

Jo Daviess County State’s Attorney, Chris Allendorf, would like to inform the public of the following information. On February 19, 2021, John L. Plummer of Dubuque, Iowa was resentenced by Judge Kevin Ward to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Mr. Plummer was originally sentenced to 180 days in the Jo Daviess County Jail for his plea of guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 1 Felony).
