Most people are familiar with Charles Darwin and his theories of evolution. Simply put, a species must adapt to a new environment, or die. Well, the same axiom is true for business too – and with the quarantines and regulations imposed upon businesses during the pandemic, many have faced their own version of economic Darwinism – they needed to adapt if they wanted to keep the doors open.

Now, we're not talking about large corporations – I could do a whole series on how small businesses were forced to close, while WalMart was allowed to stay open. And there are a couple of businesses...
