State Representative Andrew Chesney (R-Freeport) is thanking and congratulating the longtime legislative aide to Northwest Illinois constituents, Sally Huggins, upon her retirement. Huggins served constituents under three State Representatives over the past 16 years.
"Her dedication to assisting constituents is second to none," said Rep. Andrew Chesney. "Our region owes a debt of gratitude to Sally for all she has done to advocate on behalf of the needs of Northwest Illinois residents as they have interacted with state agencies and services."
