Stephenson County Government is modifying operations at many of the County’s offices in light of concerns related to COVID-19.

The offices located at the Stewart Centre, 50 W. Douglas St., and the offices located in the Stephenson County Highway Building at 295 W. Lamm Rd., Freeport, IL 61032. Effective Monday, November 9, 2020, these offices will be closed to the general public until further notice.
