Helping Those In Need

First State Bank Shannon, Polo, Lake Carroll is committed to supporting our customers and communities for the past 90 years, and now more than ever. Through our partnership with Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, we were able to provide $15,000 in grant money to our local food pantries.

Both the Polo Lifeline Food & Self Help Project, and the Shannon/Lanark/Lake Carroll Food pantries benefited from these funds. This grant is to support relief efforts for populations hardest hit by COVID-19, as well as promote equity and opportunity for communities.
