Frank Named ARSB Scales Mound Manager

Apple River State Bank announced the appointment of Sandy Frank as manager of the bank's Scales Mound office.

"We are pleased to have Sandy manage our Scales Mound office," said Joel Holland, the bank's Chief Executive Officer. "As a local resident, Sandy is well acquainted with the area and will provide expert advice to fit the financial needs of our customers."
