Big changes might be taking place on August 1st, and we're not just talking about the state going into Phase 4 of their Covid-19 pandemic requirements.

On June 26th, Restaurants and Bars were allowed to open and begin serving patrons inside – with limitations. Masks must be worn by servers, and the seating area of a restaurant can only be at 50% capacity, while the standing room areas of bars is only allowed to be at 25% capacity.

But that's taking place June 26th, so what's so important about August 1st?
