We Apologize

I want to apologize for this week's paper.

Throughout this entire Stay at Home Corona situation, we have been trying to avoid simply using Illinois Press Association Covid releases to fill our pages. And I won't lie, when I kept getting emails and phone calls complimenting us on what we've been able to put together, it made me proud.

But this week, as you can undoubtedly see, we are not on our game.

Admittedly, I'm making a prediction right now because well ... you see ... I'm writing this to you from the confines of my hospital bed.
