On The Record

On 04/19/2020 at approximately 4:52 pm, Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to E. Parker Road, west of S. Elmoville Road for a single vehicle rollover accident with injuries.

Upon arrival it was discovered that a juvenile driver (age 16 of Stockton) was operating a motor vehicle eastbound on E. Parker Road. The driver lost control of the vehicle while accelerating on the gravel roadway. The driver was unable to regain control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway to the right. The vehicle struck a small tree and fence, causing it to rollover.
