Cardinals Name Groom Boys Basketball Coach

On Wednesday, April 15, Forreston formally approved the hiring of Mr. Jake Groom for their Head Boys' Basketball Coach opening after the resignation of Justin Schiltz.

The Cardinal alum was the Forreston JV Coach from 2016 through 2020. He also served as JH Track Head Coach for four years and helped with the high school and junior high Girls' teams while finishing up his degree at Rockford College in 2015.
