On March 4, 2020, three students traveled to Geneseo, Illinois to compete in the District 1 Proficiency Interviews. Pictured left to right: (Conor DeZell, Samantha Kempel, and Ross Stabenow) Conor competed in Goat Production, Samantha competed in Ag Services, and Ross competed in Beef Production Entrepreneur. Jaedon Terhaar competed in Ag Mech. Repair & Maintenance Placement as a book only entry. Congratulations to Conor DeZell for being named the District 1 Goat Production Winner and advancing to the state competition on March 21st. making him one of five state qualifiers in Illinois.<...
