Chesney Welcomes HCC Students To Springfield

State Representative Andrew Chesney (R-Freeport) was on hand to welcome students with the Highland Community College Agriculture Department as well as other community college agriculture departments to Springfield as they were in town attending the 2020 Illinois Farm Bureau Governmental Affairs Leadership Conference on Tuesday, February 18.
