Hornets Get Hosed

When the results from the South Beloit MLK Tournament came in, we had to do a double take – how was it that East Dubuque and Scales Mound could both finish 4-0, but the Hornets were placed in the third place game instead of the championship?

Some digging was needed, and when we began asking questions, it turned out that East Dubuque had sent an email stating they did not want to play Scales Mound because they were in the same conference.
