Warhawks Roll On

While several local speech teams took the weekend off, it was a big weekend for those who competed as teams either went West to Moline, or East to the big Downers Grove South two day tournament.

Locally, nobody from the region was able to place at Downers Grove South, but that’s not a big surprise as the meet has grown to be a stateline all-star lineup as several top Indiana High Schools also compete.

But the Stockton/Warren Warhawks – although missing several members due to the Conference Academic Bowl Tournament – came within one point of Third Place at the Moline Invitational.
