FSB Names Saar President

The Board of Directors of First State Bank Shannon Polo Lake Carroll, announced the promotion of Robin Wilhelms Saar to President and Chairman of the Board of First State Bank Shannon-Polo-Lake Carroll.

As the third generation of the Wilhelms family, Saar looks forward to continuing the long-standing family tradition of community banking. Robin is succeeding her father the late Omar Wilhelms, and grandfather CT Wilhelms.
