Recycling Event

Northwest Illinois residents and businesses are invited to participate in the upcoming recycling collection set for Saturday, October 26, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The event will be conducted at the Carroll County Highway Department outdoor area located on the south side of Route 52/64 at 10735 Mill Road, Mt. Carroll, Illinois. Mill Road is one mile west of the Rt. 78 and Rt. 52/64 intersection.

Several categories collected at the event include fees to cover a portion of recycling processing and transfer expense while other categories are free. NO PAINT, NO TIRES and NO HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS...
