    Personal Injury Accident On Monday, November 20, 2023, the Jo Daviess County 911 Center received multiple reports of a single vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Upon arrival, Deputies learned a vehicle traveling westbound on HWY 20 just west of W. Mitchell Rd., was driven by Luz Perez-Cross, 46 of Galena.
